eggrolls and peanut veggie noodles

1/2 cabbage* a bag of org carrots*bunch of cilantro* 1 inch chunk of ginger and a clove of garlic chopped fine
2 eggs, salt and pepper

extra firm tofu
cut in half
seared in sesame oil
a drop of aged soy sauce
cut into strips
about two forkfuls
strip of tofu
a little egg helps to seal the deal
dust a plate with flour so that the uncooked rolls do not stick
deep fry
roasted; eggplant, asparagus and green beans
fry until brown
I added two fried eggs for a little extra protein
1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 clove garlic, 2 inches of ginger, a little sesame oil and soy sauce-puree until smooth over a pound of whole grain linguine
